Cursor not reaching the bottom of the screen after alt-tab

While setting the Disable Desktop Composition box in the exe properties does 
enable the cursor to reach the bottom of the screen when you first load the 
game, it happens again when you alt-tab and come back to the game.

For information's sake, this happens both in menu and ingame, even if you were 
in mouse control mode when you alt-tabbed.
