Position of the footer #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I activate a widghet in a sidebar (meta by exemple), the widgets in
the footer get a margin above them.
2. The problem doesn't longer exist if I put no widget in the sidebars.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I add in css:
#footer {clear:none;}
the footer gets directly under the wrapper

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Constructor 0.6.1 & WordPress 2.8.4
