can't fix my header.php #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I wanted to put the language flags from qTranslate into my header. 
2. since I deleted them my header isn't displayed as well
3. I probably deleted sth. important by mistake? 

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 3.1.3. 
2. Constructor:  1.5.10

There's my header.php file in the attachment. 
Can anybody help me and find the mistake?!
