CSS - visual gap between footer and content wrapper backgrounds #168

Please provide any additional information below.

I am having some trouble with closing the "gap" between the content wrapper and 
footer wrapper backgrounds.  They are intended to be seamless in the same way 
that the header wrapper already is.  I already switched the page's background 
color to test the issue, and that has shown that there truly is a gap (as 
opposed to a problem with the images)

Correction, this has now been resolved.  Oversight with footer image 
orientation (was set to center).  Re-oriented to top-center and that solved the 
problem.  Thanks for the assistance anyway!
