Constructor Theme: Customize panel is not working!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click on "Appearance" and then on "Customize"

1. Wordpress:3.2.1
2. Constructor:1.6.4
3. PHP:
4. Browser:Firefox 6.0
5. OS:Windows 7

What URL of your blog(s)?

Please provide any additional information below.

The "Customize" panel is all messed up! Instead of all the different tabs like 
Themes, Layout, Templates, Header,  I just get everything in one big list, and 
I cant use it.

I just noticed that when I inactivate the plugin "ViperBar", the customize page 
started working again. I would really like to use this plugin however..
