impossible upload header image #202

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 3.5.1 and previous one
2. Constructor: 1.6.5

What URL of your blog(s)?
1. http://www.o-range.com

Please provide any additional information below.

I've been trying for 2 days to upload a new header image on my website but the 
page is still loading without making any change. Now the website is without 
header img because I've cleared the old one.

Since 2 days ago it worked well, and I did not make any other change to the 
theme! please help.

of course please tell me if there's a way to upload that image whitout going 
throug the Appearance Menu on the dashboard of wp. Thanks a lot again, the 
website cannot be whitout header image anymore!!
