Can't disable "hide title by CSS" option #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable "hide title by CSS" option
2. Try to disable it.
3. Fail :-) 

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 2.9.1 
2. Constructor: 0.7.2
