Unable to change background color #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When attempting to change the background colour, after I save the colour 
in the Customize section, the change isn't working on the actual site.

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 2.9
2. Constructor: Latest
3. Browser: Google Chrome
4. OS: Vista

I can't reproduce this is bug, and can't open your blog.... :(
