header alignment #77

i had an issue with the header alignment before, it was too far up. The css 
code fixed that, thank 
you, but it is still not aligning horizontally. it wont move to the center, and 
when i select for it to 
move to the far right, it just moves slightly to the right, not even to the 
center. I need it to be in 
the center
