Warning - directory not writable

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to change anything in customise
2. Get the following title at the top - Warning!: Directory
"/opt/web/gingerlilyrose.com.au/wp-content/themes/constructor/images/" is
not writable.
3.If I try to change anything - <br />

1. Wordpress:2.9.2
2. Constructor:1.0.0
3. Browser:Firefox 3.6.3
4. OS: Win 7 Pro

Please provide any additional information below.
We've changed back to our old theme because I can't change the background
on this until I've fixed this problem.

Hi, you should be set writable permissions for two folder: constructor/cache 
and 
constructor/images

Thanks for that - all fixed - couldn't work it out cause the host normally has 
those
files writeable, but had only recently changed. Cheers
