Do not get layout customization to work at all in admin, does only show ? sign and no function at all #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed theme normally though wordpress
2.Both latest version and prior version
3.

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress:2.9.2
2. Constructor:1.0.0
3. Browser:Safari 4.0.5
4. OS:mac OSX 10.6.3

What URL of your blog(s)?
1. http://www.mediolution.com

Please provide any additional information below.

The layout option in customization has never worked, either on the latest 
version or the one 
prior. See attached picture. There is no function either. Have tried all 
without any changes.
