Categories won't load #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking on any category
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to be taken to a page listing all post in that category, instead the 
following error message 
appears:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in 
/home/content/a/t/l/atlalist/html/category.php on line 11

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.1 on Mac OS X

Please provide any additional information below.
Migrated content from blogspot.  New posts also will not go to categories.

I can't reproduce this is bug. Maybe it's Wordpress issue
