Use of widgets in footer

I still love this theme, and it's flexibility. Thanks for all your great work! 
This issue appeared suddenly in the last version.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Use of widget in Footer : all widgets seem to have the same issue and this is 
brand new with the last constructor version, and carried over from Wordpress 
2.9.2 to 3.00. Widgets show a bullet symbol or dot, on the left side, when 
added to the footer. (I've removed any widgets so the problem won't appear on 
my site.)

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 3.00
2. Constructor: 1.0.3
3. PHP: 5.2.13
4. Browser: Safari
5. OS: 10.4.11

What URL of your blog(s)?

Please enable one or more widgets, i can't found CSS rule for bullet (because u 
use optimization of CSS)

I've enable two widgets on the footer, a blank text widget and akismet.

CSS rule:

#footer .widget {
    list-style:none;
}

Will fixed in new version...
