hi Josh,

 1st patch defines the standard PRI...64  macros to print variable sized/arch dependentant C quantities

2nd patch uses them

both avoid a lot of warnings

Can you suggest a compiler I should be using so that I will be forced to fix 
these issues during development? I tried gcc-4.7.3 and it's not complaining.

I've made fixes along these lines in a new branch here:
