Elite 3.7 Update - Undocumented changes to station services #1736

In Beta 1 of the Elite Dangerous 3.7 update, FDev renamed the following StationServices:

If this is not reverted, we will need to handle the renaming.

These new names do not conform to the documented names in FDev's Player Journal Manual v27.
