[2228] Add SCO Modules and Preliminary Python Mk II Support #2231

Description

Adds more Python Mk II modules and the Coriolis information of the new SCO Modules (See https://github.com/EDCD/coriolis-data/pull/98). Reverts a spelling change in edshipyard pending further review of that function (Is consumed by 3rd parties so likely 6.0 change.)

Tested with builds and with third-party tools such as TCE.

Pushing ahead due to new modules and this being basically a datafile-only PR. Data comes from EDCD and the game files themselves.
