Using Entree[2] instead of Vflow*rhoE because it's more appropriate. Mass balance should give Entree[2]=Sortie[2] always.

Please confirm. !!!

Hi @RohitLad. Thanks for your pull request. Yes you could use Entree[2] instead of V_flow*rhoE, it assumes you add another element to your hydraulic network in order to establish a fluid flow. But as the boiler is supposed to operate at a nominal flow rate, the fluid flow is set directly in the boiler model by the parameter V_flow.
