Tech blog could be as simple as a category "Tech" w/slug "technology-engagement" and a menu item "Tech Blog" under News. There are 2 long-term issues - 1.whether we want to have other blogs (like Bishop's Blog, Stewardship Blog, Vestry Blog) that would benefit from a URL structure edfw.org/blog/bishops-blog/ or edfw.org/blog/technology-engagement/ 2.whether to open up a separate rss-to-email subscription.

1 is more important than #2.
