Infinite scroll from Jetpack (http://jetpack.me/support/infinite-scroll/) is available, and it's probably available from other sources, too. It would be a more comfortable experience than advancing pages through our content, especially in groups and policies and guidelines and forms.

See #67 This might cause an even worse problem, and we'd never get to the end of any page....

I will have to rewrite the long-footer news loop either way, though.
