More text added to the first Recommendation point
More text added to the Abstract and Methods EML recommendations.
These changes emphasise that data access and citation instructions should be clear in the Abstract first (but more details in methods is ok)
New bolded line in the Intro stating that data users need to cite the original data.

Never mind - the repository structure has completely changed - changes will be added to incoming revised docs.
