pre comment today (during webinar), ecocomDP datasets are an ideal candidate for constraints described in metadata. Logging this here for future reference; its lower priority, right now.

the word 'constraint' as XML tag currently causes problems with rEML. Needs to be avoided until that is resolved there.

I'll revisit this issue when refactoring the ecocomDP make_eml() code.

This doesn't seem to be an issue with rEML 2.0.5. We can proceed with implementing this feature.
