taxon_level should be taxon_rank – I think I called it level, and that’s not what’s generally used taxon_id varchar not integer

taxon_rank, done. For ref, EML uses taxonRankName, taxonRankValue Do we want to follow that convention? eg, taxon_rank and taxon_value. but we want it to be understandable by scientists, so taxon_name (as is) might be better.
