integrate terms from Guralnick et al #42

e.g., things to consider from table 2: Scope terms (taxonomic, temporal, spatial): we have some of these in the summary table already. (some are EML <coverage> metadata). ecocom's summary table could be extended with more HC values, gleaned from data values.

general terms (method, completeness) might be best as keyword metadata (confirm) or dataset-level annotations (EML 2.2)

dataset general: mostly maps directly to EML (confirm, see their appendix) taxonomic id terms are in the taxon table (confirm)

You may be interested and are welcome in the TDWG Task Group actively working on defining a Humboldt Extension to Darwin Core.
