Update ecocomDP data packages in EDI #64

Some ecocomDP in EDI need updating. When updating ensure:

[ ] variable_mapping table is present
[ ] Conversion script runs
[ ] Person performing the conversion is included in the EML (see #47)
[ ] EML issues are addressed (e.g. #58, #59)

Other things to keep in mind when updating?

for the item variable_mapping table is present Will this be a manual step during L0 to L1 conversion? if so, how are you recording the variable's external ID?

Yep @mobb, manual in the sense that each conversion script is manually created, but autonomous if variables don't change in L0 updates. Variables external ID is being recorded per these shared practices.

Update taxonomicCoverage ensuring the full set of taxonomic rank values are listed (when possible) and non-authority-resolvable taxa are listed (always).
