Current aggregation methods are slow. These need to be improved.

Empty columns should be populated with NA.

At this point, methods for aggregating more than one ecocomDP dataset will be left up to the user. However, some features of read_data() simplify aggregation:

Missing columns of an existing table are populated with NA
Column classes are coerced to the expected type
Globally unique keys (primary and foreign) can be created with the globally.unique.keys argument
Validation checks are applied to each dataset and a list of issues returned with the data + metadata object
