make_eml() can't handle <spatialSamplingUnits> #75

make_eml() breaks when spatialSamplingUnits are present in the L0 EML (e.g. knb-lter-and.4781).

This issue was fixed when branch fix_67 was merged into master (see 3d4f7bc3867c7a88230dfa65a09c9975a009ef38).
