Bottom of letters not displaying properly on fontsize 13. Problem solved with size 14 #75

edm Hi,

A client encountered the problem that bottom of "j's" and "g's" for instance are not displaying correctly. Changed line height, no avail. In the end found the solution by changing font size from 13 to 14, but it should not have to be a problem.

Hi,

Could you share more information for the reproduction steps? I had no problems with 13px fonts. Could you enclose the template name, so we can take a look? Operating System and Web browser information is also helpful. Thank you!

We are also having a problem with this. For us, the issue is affecting text that is a heading. Font size is 32. We tried changing the line height and also changing the font size by one pixel either way. The issue is still present when the mail is viewed in Outlook.

The email viewed in a browser looks fine, the base of the letter is only being chopped off in Outlook.

We are working on an update of the generator, which will fix these problems on Outlook. @RichardMailcamp do you also experienced this on Outlook? Our fix will affect desktop Outlooks email clients.

We updated the our generator. Probably you could see these kind of bugs disappear already? I certainly hope so. Please tell us if anything similar would come up.

Thanks for the feedback. I think you don't see the changes in an old template. If you create a new one or modify the corresponding properties in the old one and generate the project you should have an updated version of the HTML. If you can provide a projectId I'll look into it.

On second thought, I only just now realized that i replied to this thread thinking it was a different issue... Sorry. I'll get back to you as soon as i find out from the client which newsletter it was on. (forgot)
