Andrea Ganier: Issue viewing or editing imported templates
We have used the dashboard (Users Per API Key) interface to upload JSON files. These files have template IDs.
However, when we attempt to load the templates in our implementation of the editor we get the following message: Message: Document json is not found on s3 nor database.
The JSON was generated using the access we have to the alpha import tool
I believe this is because there is no upload route on this api key. However, I'm not clear on the rules of how this should be configured. Could you please provide some guidance? I was not able to locate an answer in the API docs.
