Days to keep templates after removing user #97

Dear Support,

We find that after we removed a user (e.g. user X), the templates will be restored when creating the same user (user X).

We would like to ask how many days will user templates keep after removal?

Hi, we apply "soft delete", the templates can be accessed again if you restore the user with the same ID without time limitation. I hope it helps!
