After major Specimen Reference Set reshuffle, nightly tests failed #316

Nightly tests on Jenkins failed due to the major reshuffling of content in the Specimen Reference Sets.

While it may be questionable to test such content (it does give some comfort in case someone makes an accident), the tests should still run.
