Metadata entry and file upload #106

🤔 Tell Us About the Feature

Allow user to enter basic file metadata via a form and upload files that are < a certain size (2GB?).

We could start with the MCL file metadata as a first use-case. labcasmetadatadictionary_v0-2-2 (1).xlsx This would allow for the file metadata to be entered via a form using pick lists, etc. and the associated data file to be uploaded: Clinical Core Biospecimen Organ Core files https://mcl.nci.nih.gov/resources/standards/mcl-cdes

For the files that will be larger - genomics, pathology images, the file metadata could be entered, but the user would need to sftp the genomics or imaging data. Maybe this can be integrated into a LabCAS upload with instructions on both the MCL portal and LabCAS to make it easy for the users?

I don't think it's worth doing this for MCL. Maybe we can do something like this someday. Closing for now.
