Search not returning all data

🐛 Describe the Bug

When using the free text search and the faceted search you get different results when using incognito mode vs regular browser window.

Ashish reported he was unable to find the Lung Project 2 images when searching on Lung.

@hoodriverheather @yuliujpl Increasing priority of this; I tried searching for these terms:

• City of Hope
• Pre-diagnostic

Using Solr directly, I get these numbers of hits:

Core	"City of Hope"	"Pre-diagnostic"
Collections	1	1
Datasets	1091	1045
Files	575148	572351

However in the UI, no collections, nor datasets, nor files appear to match.

The above comment was made on 2024-04-05; testing on 2024-05-02 and in a signed-in incognito window, I get better results:

• "City of Hope"
  • 1 collection match: City of Hope MRI images
  • 5+ pages of dataset matches (but pagination doesn't work)
  • 5+ pages of file matches (but pagination doesn't work)
• "Pre-diagnostic"
  • 1 collection match: Pre-diagnostic PDAC Images
  • 5+ pages of dataset matches (but pagination doesn't work)
  • 5+ pages of file matches (but pagination doesn't work)

If we could get the pagination working, we can confirm that the UI results match the Solr results. Do you want a separate ticket for search pagination or is it okay to also track that here?
