Logging out of LabCAS funny behavior #225

@yuliujpl in Chrome, I cannot logout of LabCAS once logged in. In an incognito window, LabCAS displays strangely without the blue menu bar see screenshot: ![Uploading Screenshot 2024-09-03 at 4.00.53 PM.png…]()

Then even stranger when i click on Public Collections. See screenshot:

possibly due to Chrome updates required by JPL??

@yuliujpl The issue is resolved, except I'm unable to logout of LabCAS when logged in. Also, if i click on the Public Collections link from the LabCAS Login page, I'm not taken to the list of collections.
