Some duplicate bodies in renamed systems #341

The Delphi system (previously Pleiades Sector IR-W d1-55) has each body appearing twice under both its new and old names; I think it's one of the recently renamed Witchhead systems.

(This was the first place I found for reporting it, even though it's not really a front-end issue)
