Current values in Material.cs are 3 years old and were based on https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UcgHvnDF-lYYPD7PNkT_g7B1dr9lBBkVPPlL51ITrz4/edit#gid=0.
Needs an update for some materials (Selenium, Carbon, etc) to reflect great and good percentages better.
Bonus: adding top drop percentage so EDDI script could use that as well
