Invalid Public Profile while trying to access my profile #397

I have a problem with EDSM not recognizing my profile after the authentication. I have an old account on Steam, and to log in EDSM I use the Frontier Auth Service. Just recently I've created a new account on EDSM for my new Epic Games account, and I decided to use the Frontier Auth Service for this account too - consider that the two accounts do not share the email addresses, or anything else - but every time it happens that I log in correctly, and once I try to access any part of the site it goes "Invalid Public Profile".

I can't access my profile whatsoever now.

Sadly I haven't been able to reproduce it while using another user account and Frontier told them it was a known bug without solution for now... :S So still trying to figure it out.

What I can advice is to use the lost password function on EDSM with your email to log in without Frontier.

So you are in contact with Frontier regarding this issue? Would be great if they fix that.

I haven't been for a long time... :D But one of our user reached them about this issue.. And I don't think there's a plan for a fix.
