Hegue TI-T d3-5: some planets not landable #478

3 planets are marked as 'landable', but in fact they are not: A1, B10a and B10b.

And I use EDMC with sending data to EDSM. Shouldn't that update the data?

Planets with surface pressures of between 0.001 and 0.1 atmospheres (i.e. "Thin" atmospheres) will only be landable in Odyssey.
