Add endpoint for getting a list of Ships for a CMDR #52

We're looking for ways to improve the experience for Fuel Rats that are managing their ships on their https://fuelrats.com account. We'd love to be able to allow a rat to connect their EDSM account to their Fuel Rats account and we could grab their list of ships from their EDSM profile.

I'm building an Android application that syncs with a user's EDSM account. It would be helpful to query all ships in a user's fleet as well as their current ship.
