Way to view "Contexts" created by others #57

Way for all Because "Contexts" to go into a common folder and/or be viewable on an index page so people can share and use Contexts created by others. May need to be coupled with option to make visible/shared with others.

Somewhat tricky, given how we're hewing close to how Google Docs are used. If there's a way that this could be done with Docs, that would be ideal--it's a stength more of that system than of ours.
