Make the `appu` command to edit the audio #54

Currently, the appu command uses the appu container to edit the audio.

Research how to do that from the command itself instead. It could includeto move the required files downloading out to epidator. This will remove the requirement on Docker and a lot of complexity out of the toolkit. Adjust the README.md accordingly.
