When we click a link / download, the dashboard appears to go blank. This appears to be a general bug within Quarto, rather than anything to do with our implementation. This issue is just to track the fix of this bug within Quarto: https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto-cli/issues/9411

The bug is part of Quarto's v1.5 milestone preparing it to come out of pre-release, so it should hopefully be fixed soon. https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto-cli/milestone/10
