Audio amplifier layout is wrong #75

The following corrections should be made to make the device function:

GAIN_SLOT should be connected with a 100k resistor to Vcc (to set gain at 3dB to avoid overloading the power supply)
The NC pads should actually be no-connects. Duh.

Currently the device outputs a somewhat modulated PWM signal (mostly correct) but the gain is set so stupidly high (12 dB) that the output just clips pretty much constantly.

Strictly speaking, this wasn't just a layout issue since the schematic was wrong as well.
