sticky table of contents on wide page #8

e.g on home/allprojects/ there is now a table of contents generated from the headers, but it would be good to have it on the side and sticking all the way down.

don't seem to be able to have a sticky table of contents on a wide page.

Wide page is achieved by doing this in YAML:

layout: single classes: wide

The sticky table of contents might be a bit confusing for navigation... maybe we could drop it for the projects main page. It's good on the team gallery page
