Function that updates new patient_notes.json dictionary with string "notes". Function takes in the note string, patient/eegID, and date as arguments. Eventually can have function that matches patient/eegID and date of the patient_notes.json to the patient_dict.json
Search/query function that's user-friendly
Function that simplifies querying the patient_dict.json and patient_notes.json. Function(s) should work with GUI. Need to be able to take a string query as input (such as date, words from notes, patient/eegID, administered sentences words, etc.) and returns the key/value path that matches the query.
