remove prefix bootstrap containers from Docker Hub #129

Since we're using container images from the GitHub container registry now (see https://github.com/EESSI/compatibility-layer/pkgs/container/bootstrap-prefix), we should remove the old/unused ones we have in https://hub.docker.com/r/eessi/bootstrap-prefix

The container images provided via https://hub.docker.com/r/eessi/bootstrap-prefix were marked inactive, most recent pull was ~10 months ago, so I've removed the container images and the bootstrap-prefix repository.

I've also removed the eessi/client-pilot and eessi/fuse-overlay repositories, and all container images in them. Most recent pull for these was also ~10 months ago for client-pilot, ~5 months ago forfuse-overlay`...

@bedroge I propose we don't de-activate the eessi organisation in Docker Hub for now, just so we can hold onto the name...
