This PR includes #176

Additional changes are for Ansible scripts.

Summary of changes:

~replaced community.general.portage with running emerge in a shell~
- ~NOTE every replacement should be checked carefully if it is done correctly (using different options on a case-by-case basis)~
temporary hack to provide missing profiles for arm64
ensuring bootstrap tasks are run with bash because default shell sh may not be linked to bash, thus set -o pipefail is not supported
~making sure that "redundant" packages are removed (first install them, then --deselect them, finally --unmerge them)~
~do not re-emerge existing items in a package set (mostly to speed up resuming work, might be safer to re-emerge always)~
