Streamlining deploy workflow #225

Right now we need to individually review/approve/merge the eight different architectures when deploying since there is a separate PR for each arch.

It would be nice if instead, we make a single PR which has the summarized overview of the (common) tarball contents, and a delta for each architecture for those summarized contents. I expect we'd pay a lot more attention to a single PR (for me at least there was click fatigue by the time I got to the 8th PR)

At least we could do that in the scenario where we have tarballs for each architecture
