The sys-libs/pam from the gentoo overlay has been eprefixified, so we can drop it from our overlay. https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/blob/master/sys-libs/pam/pam-1.5.2-r1.ebuild

Closes #79.

Ignoring failing CI due to switch to pkgcheck in https://github.com/EESSI/gentoo-overlay/pull/81, and the fact that we're only removing stuff here...
