WQHD Display with HiDPI Native Scaling Option #63

Has anyone figured out how to enable the Display Scaling Option in the System Preferences for a T480 with a WQHD (2560x1440) display?

I've found https://github.com/xzhih/one-key-hidpi which seems to work, but it has a few other issues (flickering and wrong resolution) after waking up the display from sleep.

Sorry for not contributing to your problem, but is the WQHD panel worth with macOS? Is the text well defined? I am asking as the 1080p one is not that great at all.

Despite the sleep/wake problem (which can be solved by switching the resolution manually one time after each boot), I am pretty happy with it. With one-key-hidpi I am able to render macOS as 3360x1890 and scale the interface to 1680x945, which looks close to retina and is quite comfortable to work with.

There seems to be a fix for the sleep/wake problem at https://github.com/tylernguyen/x1c6-hackintosh/issues/22 but I did not have the time to investigate it yet.
