[PowerSearch] No weights at tags #12

Because the there is no development on the PowerSearch at the moment this issue documents the missing task.

Weights for tags are no longer required. -> Remove the fader.

Original plan (from issue https://github.com/EEXCESS/chrome-extension/issues/2): -3 different search forms (what, where, who) -recognizes tags (not words) -possibility to give each tag a weight

Could you please document the current state (what is in there, what is not, e.g. timespan)?
